Step 1 · Your agency identity
Connect your own business domain
This is what makes you look like a real agency. When you connect your own domain (for example youragency.com), every client-facing link is served from your brand — so the client never sees Buildez's name and never thinks you're "just using a builder".
Add your domain
Add and verify the domain you own (e.g. youragency.com) in your dashboard. Point an A record to our server and connect — SSL is handled for you.
What it covers
The client editor link and the payment page both run from your domain. Your client opens youragency.com/editor/... — not anything branded as Buildez.

For an agency, brand trust is everything. Delivering client links from your own domain protects your reputation and makes your service look premium — exactly what you charge for.
Step 2 · The product
Create, preview & sell client websites
1. Build with AI at speed
Produce complete multi-page client sites in minutes with the AI builder, or reuse templates to move even faster. Every site is 100% editable.
2. Preview it live & get approval
Share the live preview link with each client so they approve the design before any payment. Edit and iterate until they're happy.
3. Initiate the sale & set your price
From your dashboard, open "Sell Website" on each site. Choose monthly or yearly billing, then set your price — your retainer, per site.
4. Send the payment invite
Enter the client's email and send a secure Stripe payment link. The invite is branded from your domain.
5. Client pays & access is auto-sent
Once the client pays, their editor access login and editor link are automatically emailed to them — no manual handover at scale.

How payments work, in detail
Secure Stripe checkout
- Each client pays with a card through Stripe — fully secure and PCI-compliant.
- They land on a payment-success page on your domain, not Buildez.
- Payment emails and receipts come from your agency domain.
Recurring retainers
- Monthly and yearly invoices auto-renew — you earn repeatedly without re-asking.
- If a card payment fails, the client is reminded and access pauses until resolved.
- If a client cancels, their editing access turns off (the site stays up).
Emails the client receives
- Payment invite — the price, billing term, and a Pay-Now button.
- Receipt — confirmation of the charge and a receipt link.
- Access credentials — their editor login, sent automatically after payment.
Billing managed for you
- No invoicing software, no chasing late payers — Stripe handles it across every client.
- Each client has a billing portal to update their card and view invoices.
- You track earnings and request payouts to PayPal once you reach the minimum.
